Wallace advises the equity partners of Raffingers on its sale to Xeinadin
Wallace has advised the equity partners of Raffingers in respect of the largest acquisition that Xeinadin have made to date.
Raffingers is a well-established top 100 UK accounting firm with particular expertise in recruitment, charity, property, and construction.
The deal gives Raffingers access to a nationwide network, enhanced branding coverage, and a broader portfolio of services.
Andrew Cooke, Partner, commented:
“I have acted for Raffingers for a number of years and it is particularly pleasing to have assisted the equity partners on their sale to Xeinadin. Raffingers is an excellent firm, and its equity partners deserve the success that they have achieved. My congratulations and best wishes to each of them in the next chapter of the development of their practice.”
Barry Soraff, a Partner of Raffingers, commented:
“Andrew Cooke has been our trusted adviser for many years and knows our business inside out. And the same for his team at Wallace. So when we needed to undertake the most important transaction of our lives and one that has such a profound impact on the future of the firm, it was only natural that we exploit those years of knowledge and experience to get us over the line. Andrew and his team did not disappoint. Like all corporate transactions there were plenty of bumps along the road and throughout those tricky moments it was good to have a friend by our side to guide us.”
The Wallace team was led by Andrew Cooke (corporate), with support from Sarah Merriott (corporate), Stephanie Claridge (corporate), Simren Savjani (employment) and Jocelyn Harris-Cooke (property).
Hill Dickinson acted on behalf of Xeinadin.
